How will I receive my eSIM?
After checkout, you will receive the installation details by email. Depending on the plan and device, this may include a QR code, manual activation details, or setup instructions.
How do I know whether my phone supports eSIM?
Check the eSIMConnect compatibility list or open your phone settings and look for an option such as “Add eSIM”, “Add Cellular Plan” or “Add Mobile Plan”. Compatibility can vary by model, country of purchase and carrier version.
Do I need Wi-Fi to install it?
Yes. You need a stable internet connection to install the eSIM profile. We recommend using Wi-Fi during installation. After the eSIM is installed and activated, it connects through the supported local mobile network at your destination.
Does my phone need to be carrier unlocked?
Yes. Your device must be carrier unlocked to use a travel eSIM. If your phone is locked to one mobile operator, it may block the installation or use of another eSIM profile.
Can I use hotspot or tethering?

What should I do if the eSIM does not connect?
